Goals of the Conference:

1. Exchange of accumulated expierence in grapegrowing in Nordic countries.

2. Exchange of expierence in winemaking.

3. Wine show & competition.

This is the second internatioanal meeting organized by Association of Latvian Vinegrowers and Winemakers - the firts was First International Conference of Northern Grapegrowing 2006 in Jurmala.

This time we offer an old town Sabile, with its developing tradition to be the Wine City of Latvia and its historical Wine Hill, and new growing vineyards around to host the meeting.

Varieties: What is new? What we could keep for future from the old stock? Breeding news, breeding perspectives. European varieties grown around the region.

Technology: Proper technology for the particular variety.
